  • Students/New Professionals must provide proof of enrollment or certification.

Registration Inclusions

Full Registration
Includes access to all Fearless Stenographers Conference events over the three days—Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. This includes educational sessions, keynote presentations, networking activities, and the vendor hall.

Networking Only
Includes access to all social events and vendor hall activities on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Does not include educational sessions or CEU credit.

Non-Steno Spouse
Designed for individuals not employed in or providing services to the court reporting or captioning profession. Includes full access to all conference events and networking opportunities across all three days.

Students & New Professionals (6 months or less)
Enjoy all-access admission to the full three-day conference experience, including educational sessions, networking events, and the vendor hall.

Note: Conference name badges must be worn at all times for entry into sessions, networking events, and the vendor hall.

Cancellation Policy

Note: Sessions and speakers are subject to change without notice. Please check the conference website regularly for updates.

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@stenointhecity.com no later than 5:00 p.m. (EST) on March 18, 2026, to qualify for a refund. A $200 processing fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

Cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. (EST) on March 18, 2026 are nonrefundable. 

However, registrations may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost.

Continuing Education:
NCRA and JBCC are pending approval (anticipated 1.4 CEUs / 14 CE hours).
