Cesar Hurtado began his path toward becoming a court reporter in August 2017 when he enrolled at South Coast College. After six years of rigorous training, he graduated in July 2023 and earned his California Certified Shorthand Reporter (CSR) license in May 2024.
Shortly after becoming licensed, Cesar launched his career as a freelance court reporter and established his own reporting business. He provides realtime services, produces expedited transcripts, and manages a team of scopists to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
For the past year and a half, Cesar has worked in courtrooms across California, covering a wide range of hearings and trials. His work reflects a commitment to precision, professionalism, and high-quality service to both the legal community and his clients.
